SMS Opt In / Opt Out

Manage your text-message preferences with Ace of Bangs. We use SMS only for event coordination and service-related updates — never for unsolicited marketing.

How our SMS program works: Ace of Bangs uses two separate SMS opt-in channels to keep communications cleanly organized:

• Client SMS — for active or booked clients (event timelines, day-of coordination, vendor logistics).
• ERC SMS — for our Event Resource Crew (collaborating vendors, venue partners, sub-contracted DJs, photographers, planners, and production staff).

You may opt in to either, both, or neither — and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Client SMS Opt In / Opt Out

This program is for couples, corporate event planners, and private clients who have booked or are in active discussions with Ace of Bangs. We use SMS to confirm event details, share day-of timing, coordinate venue access, and answer last-minute questions.

Message frequency: Variable, based on event stage. Typically 1–6 messages per month, increasing in the week before your event.

What we will send: Booking confirmations, planning reminders, day-of logistics, post-event thank-yous.

What we will not send: Promotional offers, third-party advertising, marketing for unrelated services, or unsolicited content.

ERC SMS Opt In / Opt Out

The Event Resource Crew (ERC) SMS program is for collaborating vendors, venue partners, sub-contracted DJs, MCs, AV technicians, photographers, planners, and production staff who actively support Ace of Bangs events. We use SMS to coordinate load-in times, share venue and timeline details, confirm crew calls, and resolve day-of logistics.

Message frequency: Event-driven. Typically 2–10 messages per month, concentrated in event weeks.

What we will send: Crew calls, venue addresses, timing changes, gear notes, post-event payments and follow-ups.

What we will not send: Promotional content, recruitment for unrelated events, or messages outside our working relationship.

Universal opt-out instructions

You can opt out of any SMS communication from Ace of Bangs at any time by:

Replying STOP to any text message we send
Submitting an opt-out form above
Emailing bookings@aceofbangs.com with your phone number and request to opt out

Once you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation SMS and no further messages on that program. You will continue to receive transactional, non-marketing communications by email related to any active booking.
